Throughout the project, you'll have a single point of contact and clear communication, ensuring a collaborative and organised experience from start to finish.
To secure your project and reserve your place in my schedule, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to commencement. The remaining balance is payable prior to your website handover and launch.
To help keep your project on schedule, your website content, imagery and domain details (if applicable) should be finalised before your project begins.
If additional functionality or services are required beyond your selected package, these can be quoted and added to your project as Optional Enhancements.

Complete the enquiry form and tell me a little about your business. We'll arrange a discovery call to discuss your goals, target audience and website requirements, ensuring we choose the package that's the best fit for your business.
02 / Project Preparation
Once you're ready to proceed, you'll receive a client agreement and invoice. To secure your project, a 50% deposit is required. Before design begins, your website content, imagery and domain details (if applicable) should be finalised and ready to ensure your project stays on schedule.
03 / Design & Development
This is where your website begins to take shape. I'll carefully design and develop your website in Squarespace, creating a strategic, user-friendly experience that reflects your brand, engages your audience and supports your business goals.
04 / Review & Refine
You'll have the opportunity to review your website and provide feedback. Two rounds of revisions are included, allowing us to refine the design, content and functionality before your website is approved for launch.
05 / Launch & Handover
Once your website is live, we'll complete your personalised website handover session, giving you the confidence to manage your website independently. A recording of the session will be provided for future reference, and if you require additional updates or support after launch, flexible website support is available.
